Chemicals use for production is implemented trying to minimize quantity and preferring non-hazardous or less hazardous substances.
Disposal of unused residues and contaminated packaging (containers) is carried out strictly following the rules for proper waste management.

Green Energy
GMAG focuses on green energy.
Our company has taken an important step towards a sustainable future. GMAG has decided to only use green energy produced from renewable sources, choosing the South Tyrolean provider Alperia as its energy supplier.
Thanks to the use of renewable energy, GMAG significantly contributes to creating the foundations for a sustainable future, safeguarding natural resources and reducing COâ‚‚ emissions.
We care about our environment and our territory and that is why we have chosen a clean energy supply.

This also allows us to guarantee our customers products and services that respect the environment.
We chose green energy produced in South Tyrol with the power of water in the hydroelectric power plants of Alperia, one of the largest producers of renewable energy in the country.
The energy supplied by Alperia to GMAG is fully certified green energy, produced without COâ‚‚ emissions according to current legislation.
Conflict Minerals
GMAG is committed to achieving the best standards of innovation and quality by implementing socially responsible operations in compliance with the Conflict Minerals legislation.
With the aim of concretely implementing these principles, GMAG intends to pursue a responsible sourcing of raw materials used in its products by adhering to the Conflict Minerals legislation mandatory in the EU starting January 1, 2021 with the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2017/821.

The objective of the Conflict Minerals Rules is to discourage the use of minerals whose trade could finance violent conflicts in Central Africa.
Therefore, GMAG directs its sourcing choices towards suppliers who align themselves with the principles expressed in this Policy.
